Description
Stride Therapy Solutions is seeking PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide services in home in Greater Atlanta area. We offer the ability to set and manage your own schedule and offer competitive compensation.
Job responsibilities include
- Perform patient evaluations and establish treatment interventions in accordance with Georgia Speech-Language Pathology Practice Act.
- Accurately implement treatment interventions following speech therapy plan of care established in the evaluation.
- Complete Progress Notes and Re-assessments to monitor patient response to treatment plan every 10 visits or sooner as appropriate.
- Complete patient and caregiver training sessions in order to promote compliance with intervention techniques post-discharge.
- Communicate with clinical team including but not limited to SLP, OT, PT and PCP.
Candidates must possess
- Current Georgia license
- Liability Insurance
- Experience with dementia and Parkinson’s preferred
