Brain boost is a cognitive RETRAINING program that teaches strategies and exercises to improve skills in the areas of memory, attention, word finding and/or problem solving. Our customized plan of care will target:
- Short term/long term memory recall
- Improvement in attention, focus and concentration
- Development of Word Finding strategies
- Enhancement of problem solving skills
Memory in Motion
With our occupational cognitive therapists
Memory in Motion is a cognitive STIMULATION program that will teach strategies and activities through project and movement-based activities. This customized program will target:
- Organizational skills for home, schedule, and medication management
- Maintenance of memory and slowing the rate of decline
- Improvement of visuospatial awareness
- Enhancement of psychosocial functioning
- Encouragement of community integration
- Caregiver education and home safety
